All guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to change, these may be due to suppliers or postal delays etc.
We will not exchange or refund due to change of mind.
We will do our best to get your parcels to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will take no responsibility for the loss of parcels through Australia Post while in the postage stage.
All parcels other than cards will come with a tracking number.
You can contact Australia Post if your parcel is lost in transit and quote your tracking number by phoning 13 76 78.
We only ship within Australia.

Due to the nature of our individualised products and the fact we sell in multiple locations, occasionally an item may be purchased twice in which case we reserve the right to cancel or refund any order without notice.
Any refund must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Any request out side of this time frame will not be considered.
